The most beautiful meadow in the Karakoram — and almost nobody knows it.

Fairy Meadows sits at 3,300 m, a broad alpine meadow at the base of Nanga Parbat's Raikot Face — 4,500 m of ice and rock rising directly above. It is reached by a short drive on one of Pakistan's most dramatic tracks, then a gentle walk through old pine forest. That walk is the only reason most of the world has never heard of it. We make the approach comfortable, and the days on the meadow entirely yours.
