Fairy Meadows sits at 3,300 m — a broad Alpine meadow at the foot of Nanga Parbat's Raikot Face, the ninth-highest mountain on earth at 8,126 m. It requires a short trek through old pine forest to reach, and that short walk is the only reason most of the world has never heard of it. We make the approach comfortable, the camp private and well-appointed, and the two full days on the meadow entirely yours. Very few places on earth offer this scale of mountain at such close quarters in such ease.
A private vehicle takes you north from Islamabad along the Karakoram Highway. The drive itself is theatre — the gorges deepen as you approach Nanga Parbat's massif. Overnight at a comfortable lodge near Raikot Bridge.
A private jeep climbs the famous cliff-edge track to Tato, one of the world's most dramatic short drives. Then a guided walk through pine forest — roughly two hours at a gentle pace — emerging suddenly onto the meadow. Nanga Parbat fills the sky. Your private camp is waiting.
A full sunrise-to-sunset day at 3,300 m. Walk to the Nanga Parbat Base Camp viewpoint for the closest approach to the mountain's 4,500 m Rupal Face. Return via the ridge for the evening alpenglow. Photography at every turn.

An early morning walk down through the pines — Nanga Parbat behind you as you descend — then the 4x4 down to the KKH and a private drive back to Islamabad for your onward flight.
